"HIIT, cardio circuit, strength -I teach theses as well."
What’s your favorite workout and why?
"HIIT. I like getting my heart rate up and down. I get board easy and with HIIT high intense interval training it keeps my moving and keeps my heart rate up. Also burns a lot of cardio."
What’s the worst workout and why?
"Don't like lunges I feel it more in my quads then my glute."
Which body part are you proud of the most and why?
"I love my abs I work really hard to maintain them."
Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?
"My butt, every time I loss weight it come off my butt. I have to work extra hard to keep in right and tight."
Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?
"Yes, figure bodybuilding. I'm 2016 pro figure world champion for IPEpros. Website to check my out is ipeproelite.com. I love a challenge and I feel like since competing, I'm in the best shape in my life."
What kind of diet plan are you on and for how many weeks?
"I'm constantly carb cycling. My body fat percentage decides the cycles."
How did it feel like on stage?
"Every time I'm on stage I get nervous, it's doesn't matter how many shows I do. It never get easier."
Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?
"Yes I was with my ex trainer for competition training there a certain kind of food you should and shouldn't eat. I do have my nutrition cert and can guide people on weight loss and weight gain."
What kind of diet plan are you on?
"Low carb and protein diet I do 2 cheat meals a week closer to competition no cheat meals. I do a list of selected fruits in low sugar and selected vegetables like broccoli, kale, spinach and asparagus green color vegetables."
Are you taking any supplements?
"Yes maxpro protein, raw bcca, GLUKOS, Pa7 for building muscle mass. All product from max muscle my sponsor at this time."

"Nike and Victoria's Secret clothes, protein bar one bar blue berry flavor - max muscle."
Where do you work out and why?
"24hr fitness because they have a lot of equipment. Muv fitness because I teach there and NWWF (NW Womem fitness) because I teach there it's a women gym very clear place to workout well keep."
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"Never really because there always a challenge in life but love Reaching my goals."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"A lot I love being fit. Exercise keep my young and in good shape also healthy."
How tall are you and how much do you weigh at the moment?
"5 foot 6 128 pounds 6% body fat lady I checked off session 138-140 about 9-10% body fat."
How much time do you use on fitness?
"A lot it very but a lot."

"Having my son his an amazing kid!"
