For how many years have you been working out and why?
"I've been working out for 11-12 years. I've always played football as a young kid and i was really good. Stopped because I fell in love with bodybuilding. We've been together ever since."
Which kind of workout do you practice?
"I practice the art of bodybuilding. I love the aesthetic part of it - In my opinion bodybuilding peaked in the 70'ies and 80'ies."
What’s your favorite workout and why?
"My favorite workout is all of them, I'm not joking. Call it a habit, a drug or pure dedication, because that's what it is."
What’s the worst workout and why?
Which body part are you proud of the most and why?
"My chest and abs. I don't know, since I started, chest was always what I liked to train the most, and what i've admired in others."
Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?
"Calves for sure, that's probably the muscle i've envied/admired the most in a great physique."
Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?
"Yes i competed back in 2013-2014. I won the Danish championship and the overall title in 2013 and became second at LOADED Cup in 2014. Then i went to USA to compete in the Arnold Classic, but there were a mixup with my tanning, so i never got to go on stage."
How did it feel like on stage?
"It was a great experience, i had fun and I learned a lot about myself and the world of competing."
Are you getting any help with your workout?
"I'm doing everything myself. I've learned through trial end errors and of course through a lot of reading."
What kind of diet plan are you on?
"I follow a flexible diet approach - IIFYM and IF. To track it all I use MyFitnessPal."
Are you taking any supplements?
"I use: Alpha Male vitamins (Myprotein), CLA (Myprotein), Chromium Picolinate (MyProtein), Krill Fish Oil (Udo's choise), Creatine (Myprotein), Acetyl L-Carnitine (MyProtein), Magnesium Citrate (MyProtein), BCAA 4:1:1 (MyProtein), Whey Protein"

"My favorite workout clothes is from The Body Factory (TBF). You can get it at TheBodyFactory.dk"
Where do you work out and why?
"I workout in Fitness World. It's not the best gym, but they have gyms all over Denmark, which make it easy to workout anywhere in Denmark. I'm often in other cities, so that makes it easy for me."
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"I am satisfied but I'll never settle, I strive to be better every day in everything I do."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"It means a lot. It thought me so much, it's given me so much and i owe so much to the love of this sport."
How tall are you and how much do you weigh at the moment?
"I am 170 cm right now my weight is 72-73 (cutting fase) 76-78 (off season). I do however always stay in a lean shape."
How much time do you use on fitness?
"5-6 times a week, 1-2 hours every time."
Do you have an idol - if yes; who?
"I think every bodybuilder admires Arnold. But like i said, I admire the classic or golden era of bodybuilding. People like Frank Zane, Franco Colombo, Bob Paris (in my opinion one of the most aesthetic physiques) I admire Steve Cook and Matt Ogus as well. Matt's physique is crazy, and he is a natural bodybuilder like I am, so I have nothing but respect for his hard work and dedication."
Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?
"My self discipline, hard work ethic and of course all the results I have made during the years. You don't get that by chance. It takes hard work, sacrifice and dedication."
