"16 years now because I love working out and be fit."

What’s your favorite workout and why?

"Chest & Arms"

What’s the worst workout and why?

"Cardio, because it gets boring after a while"

Which body part are you proud of the most and why?

"I’m a perfectionist so i am proud of every part i work hard for"

Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?

"Nobody is perfect so i have also body parts to improve like legs and lower back"

Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?

"Yes i did, at the end of 2014 i competed for the first time and won my first competition in the Classic Bodybuilding division. After that i did 2 more competitions at a higher class and placed two times second place. I stopped competing for now and started my own business so very busy with that and building it up and i guide others for competition now, so enjoy doing that now."

How did it feel like on stage?

"It was a great feeling especially when you win it’s the best feeling ever."

Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?

"No i do it all by myself."

What kind of diet plan are you on?

"Right now I am on a cutting diet.. Have to be summerproof"

Are you taking any supplements?

"Yes i do take supplements. Whey, Bcaa s, Vitamins, Minerals."

Do you have any favorite products? Workout clothes, shakers, protein bars or so? Why and where do you buy them?

“I am a Dedicated Division Athlete of Lazar Angelov so i am wearing that brand. Supplements i order at different websites."

Where do you work out and why?

"I work out at the gym i work at @healthclub17 at my hometown Schiedam"

When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?

"In this sport it’s difficult to be ever satisfied especially after a competition. So i think I’ll never be satisfied"

How much does your workout mean for you and why?

"It’s a part of my life and am busy with it very important."

How tall are you and how much do you weigh at the moment?

"I am 1.80 cm tall i think it’s 5.11 and about 78 kg i think its about 171 lbs"

How much time do you use on fitness?

"1.5 to 2 hours a day 5 times a week"

Do you have an idol - if yes; who?

"I have always been a fan of Lazar Angelov and funny thing is i am a athlete of him now and work together. So dreams come true and hard work pays off."

Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?

"My 3 winning prizes of 3 Competitions. My own company i build up. Working together with Lazar Angelov are the most i am proud off."
