For how many years have you been working out and why?
“34 – Started with gymnastics as a child, continued playing sports as I grew up. After having my boys, I started training differently and decided to train to compete.”
Which kind of workout do you practice?
What’s your favorite workout and why?
“Legs and Back. They’re both such large muscle groups that you can train them hard and heavy with tons of volume and they continue to grow and shape.”
What’s the worst workout and why?
“Arms. For whatever reason training arms just bores me; it’s so tedious and monotonous.”
Which body part are you proud of the most and why?
“Legs and calves. I’ve had a lot of luck growing them over the past year, and am just really proud of them.”
Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?
“Biceps. I want more size and better shape to them.”
Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?
“I have competed 4 times, including NPC Nationals. I competed each time in Women’s Physique; placing 1st and 2nd in my class and/or open, and got second callouts at NPC Nationals.”
How did it feel like on stage?
“It felt amazing; addicting. I absolutely love posing – I would actually say I compete just so I can pose, which is why I chose Women’s Physique.”
Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?
“I write my own off-season diet, and have been working with Tyler for my workouts. We are looking into a few possibilities for next season for contest prep.”
What kind of diet plan are you on and for how many weeks?
“I stay consistently on a bodybuilding meal plan with consistent carb cycling.”
Are you taking any supplements?
“Same answer as Tyler’s. We use the 5% Nutrition supplement line – literally everything they carry. As far as additional vitamins: multi-vitamin, vitamin C, vitamin D, Glutamine, digestive enzymes, fish oils, DIM, 5% Liver & Organ Defender, L-Tyrosine, Yohimbine, and some others. And don’t forget the All Day You May BCAA’s!”
Do you have any favorite products? Workout clothes, shakers, protein bars or so? Why and where do you buy them?
“5% Nutrition clothing and supplements, and Dark Iron Fitness weight lifting accessories; also Ryder Wear Bodybuilding shoes”
Where do you work out and why?
“We train at LA Fitness because of the availability and amount of equipment. However, we also like to check out different gyms in the different places we travel to see what everyone has to offer, and also to see what other people do. We love to “people watch” when we travel and train.”
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
“I don’t know that I’ll ever be satisfied. Being satisfied will mean that I feel like I’ve either reached perfection, or that I can do no better with my body. I’ll never reach that state.”
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
“My workouts are everything to me. At the end of a really hard day, or at the beginning of what may be a very long day, there’s nothing better than to just release all my stress in my workouts.”

"Height: 5’6”; Weight (Offseason): 160-163 lbs”
How much time do you use on fitness?

Do you have an idol - if yes; who?
“My father is my idol; he instilled all the values and work ethic I carry with me today. He taught me how to be the person I am today.”
Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?
“Being a role model to my children, and an inspiration to many women and men. Also being able to help others change their lives, which is why I decided to become a fitness coach.”
