"Newcommers 4 place. Danish championship 1 place. Nordic Championship 4 place. European Championship 15 place. Danish Open 1 place."

"Like a champion I love It there."

"Sonny Jensen he is knowing what he is doing"

"I love the protein from Nutramino"

"Fitness world. Because there is a gym in any city."
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"I will not be, I don't think so."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"Everything. In the gym I can relax and gain energy too the next day."

"I'm 178cm weight 100 off season."

"I will say the Danish championship and then the Danish open."
