"I didn't compete yet, but I'd like to compete next year."

"No, I am my own trainer."

"I have no diet plan."

"I take whey protein and creatine."
Do you have any favorite products? Workout clothes, shakers, protein bars or so? Why and where do you buy them?
"My favorte protein is from ESN supplements, because it has a good quality and it is made in germany. I buy it online."
Where do you work out and why?
"I work out in a regional gym, because my friends are there, too and it has a good equipment."
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"I will never be satisfied."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"It means a lot to me, because it helps me to feel better and to create a body how I want it. But it doesn't only change my body. It changes my mood and my attitude as well. I helps me to get a stronger body and a stronger mind. Since I started weight training, I earned a lot of self-confidence."

"1,67m - 52kg off season"

"10 hours per week"

Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?
"I am proud of having achieved such a good progress in my home gym and without any supplements."
