For how many years have you been working out and why?
"I have been started visiting gym five years ago, but sport has been a part of my life since childhood. When I was 8 I started attending football until I became 18. After I completed sports during school, I discovered the gym and till this day I visit there almost every day."
Which kind of workout do you practice?
"I do weightraining."
What’s your favorite workout and why?
"My favorite workout is for shoulders, I don't know why, maybe because while doing exercises I feel stronger and bigger, until I can't raise my arms."
What’s the worst workout and why?
"Worst workout for me is cardio workouts. Unfortunately for me, no matter how much I dislike cardio, I still gotta do it from time to time."
Which body part are you proud of the most and why?
"Perhaps I am most satisfied with my arms, because they are the most muscular and stands out with bright veins."
Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?
"Well I think most disliked part of my body are my legs, after 10 years in football they looks good, but a long time ago i got damaged playing football, so it's complicated to work with them."
Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?
"I take part in fitness competitions, only in my country I won several 1st places in men's physique category. However, in the future I would like to test myself in other countries."
How did it feel like on stage?
"The first time was not very successful on the stage, because I was not fully ready, so I only won 5th place, it was the fall of 2016. But now, I put a lot of work in 2017, so I has managed to win 2 absolutely 1st places in men's physique category."
Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?
"My coach Edmundas Jonaitis helps me with diet and workout plans. And my lady Miglė Kazlauskaitė also helps me a lot. She makes me feel happy and relaxed."
What kind of diet plan are you on and for how many weeks?
"I don't have a specific diet plan. I eat what I think is healthy and helps retain my shape, I don't use any other method. All the time I eat healthy, but when the competitions is approaching it becomes more difficult."
Are you taking any supplements?
"It would be difficult to maintain a good shape without nutritional supplement. I use amino acids, minerals,vitamins, omega 3, carnitine, glutamic, etc."
Do you have any favorite products? Workout clothes, shakers, protein bars or so? Why and where do you buy them?
"Probably the only thing that I like most is Under Armor products, which can be purchased in different ways: shops, internet, etc."
Where do you work out and why?
"I train in a gym called MaximusGym. Because I like the atmosphere there, most are a familiar, practical sort of family."
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"Now I am satisfied, because I have everything I need. Loved ones, friends, favorite job, activities, good health. I have all I need to be happy."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"It means a lot for me, because this is my leisure, hobbies and activities. I do not know what I would do without sports, it is already part of me."
How tall are you and how much do you weigh at the moment?
"My height is 180cm. Because of the season, I weighed sufficiently low just 80-82 kg, but off-season weight a little bit more, about 90-95kg."
How much time do you use on fitness?
"About two hours, maybe less. During the season I am lifting 5-6 days a week."
Do you have an idol - if yes; who?
"Growing up around fighting my idol was always Mike Tyson but now I don't really have an idol I just strive to be the best I can be."
Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?
"I am glad that after the first competition I didn't give up and I'm glad that i didn't listened to the people who said that I was wrong and this category wasn't for me. I needed half a year to prove that they were wrong. The two competitions, in which I participated I won first places. I am still waiting for the four competition in this season, and I hope that my work and efforts will be appreciated. Perhaps not the first place, but now I became better, and I think it's not the end."
