For how many years have you been working out and why?
"I have been working out since around 2003. My mum insisted I should start exercising in order to fix my kyphosis problem. Since then exercising has become a part of my life. Now I workout because apart from all the health benefits, it makes me feel confident about myself."
Which kind of workout do you practice?
"I train 1-2 muscle groups per day with 30-40mins cardio after my weight training. Nowadays I also do some spinning classes, kick boxing or cross training in addition to my usual workout. In total I try to workout 5-6 days per week."
What’s your favorite workout and why?
"Lately I enjoy doing some kick boxing workout as it helps release a lot of stress and makes me sweat quite a lot."
What’s the worst workout and why?
"I don't think I have a worst workout... It all depends on my mood and motivation. If my motivation is low then I hardly enjoy any workout. My least favorite workout though are probably chest."
Which body part are you proud of the most and why?
"I guess most women would probably say glutes. So that's my favorite part as well."
Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?
"The more work you put in, the best results you will get. I'd say I'm not satisfied with my abs and calves but that's only a result of my minimal effort on those parts."
Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?
"I competed once back in 2015 in the Bikini category. Unfortunately I didn't place anything but the experience was enough motivation for me. Will I do it again? At this moment, i'd say hell no! But you never know what could change in the future..."
How did it feel like on stage?
"I wasn't thinking of the stage at all through out the preparation until I got up there... I must admit it was a bit strange and nevre-wracking being in front so many people."
Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?
"I only had a coach during my competition prep (Nick Anthony). I always come up with my own workout plans. As far as diet goes, I don't follow any specific plan at this time. Just trying to eat as healthy as possible."
What kind of diet plan are you on and for how many weeks?
"As I mentioned above I don't follow any diet plan. I don't count calories or macros. I believe in balance, though sometimes we all go to extremes."
Are you taking any supplements?
"At the moment I'm taking Whey protein, BCAAs, Glutamine, Omega 3, Magnesium, Multivitamins, Vitamin C and Vitamin D."
Do you have any favorite products? Workout clothes, shakers, protein bars or so? Why and where do you buy them?
"My favorite products at the moment is Myprotein's Whey Impact - Chocolate Brownie flavor, and Myprotein's Protein Brownie - White Chocolate flavor. As far as clothing goes I really love the Body Engineers brand."
Where do you work out and why?
"At the gym called Fit & Fun. Home workouts never motivate me... I need some heavy weights and machines!"
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"I think once you're 100% satisfied you stop giving 100% of your efforts. So I'd say i'm pleased with my work but never satisfied."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"Let's just say that if I skip my workout more than twice a week I start to freak out."
How tall are you and how much do you weigh at the moment?
"My height is 1.59cm and I weight 58kg at this moment."
How much time do you use on fitness?
"I train for around 2hrs, 5-6 times a week."
Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?
"I can't say that I have accomplished something when it comes to my personal fitness journey, as I keep my focus on other fitness related projects, such as my online business www.Fit-Blaster.com, etc. I mainly train for myself and to help motivate and inspire others. So the love and support that I get from people in the Social Media is probably one thing i'm most proud of."
