"Seems like all my life. I'm a professional track athlete."
Which kind of workout do you practice?
"Track and Field Sprinter"
What’s your favorite workout and why?
"I enjoy my strength work in the gym as well as the time I put in on the track "
What’s the worst workout and why?
"I'm not a big fan of pool work as it just takes a lot out of me but it is very beneficial for preseason training and injuries."
Which body part are you proud of the most and why?
"I would have to say my mid-section."
Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?
"No I'm happy with who I am and what I have."
Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?
"If you mean on stage. Yes I did one NPC show and took 3rd to qualify for nationals. It wasn't for me. Coming from an athlete background I didn't mesh well. "
Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?
"I have coaches as well as nutrition companies who keep me on track of where I need to be competing at a top level. My head track coach is Shevon Stoddart 2x Olympian for Jamaica. My meal prep company is Icon Meals. Why Them? Well because to be the best you need the best."
What kind of diet plan are you on and for how many weeks?
"My diet is for performance not aesthetics. So my carb intake is concentrated around my training then mostly high protein."
Are you taking any supplements?
"Yes. I take a high potency multivitamin, anti-inflamatories (fish oil, alfalfa root) , Plant based protein, BCAAS, Beta-Alinine."
Do you have any favorite products? Workout clothes, shakers, protein bars or so? Why and where do you buy them?
"I'm an UnderArmour guy so thats what you'll see me train and compete in. I usually go to the flagship store here."
Where do you work out and why?
"I have several facilities I have access to. It all depends on what my needs are that day. Also stadiums in either Pasadena or Burbank for track work."
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"Satisfied is for the immediate moment. Then there is always the surge to become better, do better, be better than your last performance."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"My workouts are taken very serious. It is a part of what I do not who I am. They are a key element to get me to where I'm going."
How much time do you use on fitness?
"About 4hrs a day of training."
Do you have an idol - if yes; who?
"Medals and collecting hardware is great but my real pride comes in when I'm able impact a younger athlete, give them guidance and confidence. Letting them know I'm just like them we are just as different stages. Being relatable and humble is important."
Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?
"I'm most proud of standing on stage and competing, even though i placed last, the whole competition prep and hard times, where all worth it! The road (prep) to the competition is also a challenge, and i won that challenge, i didn't gave up and i achieved a good shape. Next time i will do better and grab those throphy's with me!"
