"I enjoy my strength work in the gym as well as the time I put in on the track "

Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?

"If you mean on stage. Yes I did one NPC show and took 3rd to qualify for nationals. It wasn't for me. Coming from an athlete background I didn't mesh well. "

Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?

"I have coaches as well as nutrition companies who keep me on track of where I need to be competing at a top level. My head track coach is Shevon Stoddart 2x Olympian for Jamaica. My meal prep company is Icon Meals. Why Them? Well because to be the best you need the best."

"Satisfied is for the immediate moment. Then there is always the surge to become better, do better, be better than your last performance."

How much does your workout mean for you and why?

"My workouts are taken very serious. It is a part of what I do not who I am. They are a key element to get me to where I'm going."

How much time do you use on fitness?

"About 4hrs a day of training."

Do you have an idol - if yes; who?

"Medals and collecting hardware is great but my real pride comes in when I'm able impact a younger athlete, give them guidance and confidence. Letting them know I'm just like them we are just as different stages. Being relatable and humble is important."

Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?

"I'm most proud of standing on stage and competing, even though i placed last, the whole competition prep and hard times, where all worth it! The road (prep) to the competition is also a challenge, and i won that challenge, i didn't gave up and i achieved a good shape. Next time i will do better and grab those throphy's with me!"
