"6 Years, started at 18 when I was at uni and feel in love with bodybuilding and now compete as a Pro Fitness Model"
Which kind of workout do you practice?
"Mainly bodybuilding style training, but I generally rotate the training style every month as not to get stale but always strive for progressive overload."
What’s your favorite workout and why?
"When I do a body part training spilt it has to be Shoulders Love the Pump you get from it."
What’s the worst workout and why?
"Arms, I just hate training them and that's why they are such a week point for myself."
Which body part are you proud of the most and why?
"As BroScience once said 'the day you started lifting is the day your'll be forever small' there is no area I don't want to improve but I would say my best feature currently is my back."
Which body part are you not satisfied with and why?
"All of them."
Have you ever competed and what position did you get? Would you do it (again)?
"I have won Miami Pro and am currenly 2 weeks out from making my WBFF debut, but in the future I am looking to move into Classic Physique"
How did it feel like on stage?
"I absolutely loved it - the best experience of my life! I will continue to compete until my body gives up on me."
Are you getting any help with your workout or dietplans?
"Yes, I work along side Chris Spearman with my diet but I do my own training and take a lot of influence from Jordan Peters"
What kind of diet plan are you on and for how many weeks?
"My Diet Currently is very low calories, as I am 2 weeks out from stepping on stage so lots of white fish and asparagus and minimal carbs"
Are you taking any supplements?
"Vitamin C, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Glutamine, ZMA, BCAA, Pre Workout, Dextrose, Whey Protein"
Do you have any favorite products? Workout clothes, shakers, protein bars or so? Why and where do you buy them?
"Grenade Carb Killa Bars are AMAZING"

"Fresh Image Training in Staines"
When are you satisfied? Or will you ever be?
"After a good workout where I have PB'd my lifts and when I start getting close to stage condition but continually striving to improve."
How much does your workout mean for you and why?
"Workouts are very very important you should try and hit every work out with maximum intensity, it's my meditation, head phones in, chewing gum in, and nothing else matters for that 1-2 hours apart from me and the Iron. I love it."
How tall are you and how much do you weigh at the moment?
"I am 5 foot 10. On Season - 85kg/187lbs. Off Season - 100kg/225lbs"
How much time do you use on fitness?
"Almost every waking second. I am addicted, it is my passion and I live and breath it. I read books, articles, watch YouTube videos and listen to fitness Podcasts daily."

Of all the things you have accomplished, during your 'fitness life' - what are you proud of the most?
"Winning Miami Pro, When they said the winner is and then called out my number I have never had such a feeling it can't even describe the emotions I was feeling at the time and for the days/weeks/months after."
